SportsLine’s model projects 49 combined points in Saturday’s game between Notre Dame and North Carolina, favouring the Over on a listed total of 46.5. The forecast assigns the Over a 55% chance; it is a model estimate, not a result.

Notre Dame is 4–0 and listed as a 21.5-point favourite against North Carolina, which is 2–1. Kick-off is scheduled for noon ET at Kenan Stadium in Chapel Hill.

Notre Dame beat Purdue 49–10 in its most recent game. The CBS Sports report says the Fighting Irish have scored at least 49 points in each of their first four games.

North Carolina is coming off a bye after a 28–20 loss to Clemson in Week 3. SportsLine says it simulated the matchup 10,000 times and projects Notre Dame’s scoring to push the total above the listed line.
