Fox Sports analyst Chris “The Bear” Fallica has released updated 2026 college football Top 10 rankings following Week 3, with Ole Miss rising and LSU falling ahead of Week 4.

Fallica’s assessment followed the ranked SEC meeting between the teams at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium in Oxford on 19 September. LSU had been listed as a three-point favourite, but the supplied rankings do not establish the exact scale of either team’s movement.

The analysis credited Louisville for taking Ole Miss to triple overtime before defeating SMU, while describing the Cardinals’ offence as potent. Fallica said he expected Louisville to contend for the ACC title against Miami.

LSU’s defeat was treated as difficult to assess because it came in a road conference game and followed a second-half comeback. Fallica identified injuries, including one involving tight end Tre Green, as a more pressing concern before LSU’s next game against Texas A&M.

Alabama was praised for producing 567 yards against Florida State and scoring on its final nine drives, including five consecutive touchdowns. Miami, meanwhile, was cited for injuries and concerns about depth in the secondary, despite strong performances from quarterback Darian Mensah.

Fox Sports included DraftKings Sportsbook odds with the rankings and noted that it may receive compensation from betting partners. The supplied article is truncated and does not show the complete Top 10 or confirm every team’s position.
