Dickinson hat-trick lifts Mansfield Christian over Crestview 5–3
Jacoby Dickinson scored three times as Mansfield Christian overcame Crestview in a high-scoring match in Olivesburg.
Mansfield Christian defeated Crestview 5–3 in a Mid-Buckeye Conference boys’ soccer match in Olivesburg, with sophomore Jacoby Dickinson scoring a hat-trick for the Flames.
Crestview opened the scoring through Braden Smith before Owen Neal equalised for Mansfield Christian. Dickinson then put the Flames ahead, but Smith’s second goal brought the teams level before half-time.
With the scores tied at 2–2, Dickinson scored from approximately 40 yards after a ricochet, giving Mansfield Christian a 3–2 lead with 23:35 remaining.
