The Buffalo Bills will host the Detroit Lions in an NFL Week 2 Thursday Night Football game at Highmark Stadium in Buffalo on Thursday, 17 September.

The fixture is scheduled to begin at 8:15 p.m. ET and will stream exclusively on Amazon Prime Video. No conventional television channel is listed for the game.

Both teams enter the contest with 1-0 records. Buffalo defeated the Houston Texans in Week 1, with Josh Allen reportedly accounting for four touchdowns — two passing and two rushing.

Detroit beat the New Orleans Saints in overtime. Yahoo Sports, citing The Sporting News, characterised both opening performances as unconvincing despite the victories.

The game gives Buffalo and Detroit an early opportunity to build on their opening-week results, with viewing available through Amazon Prime Video.
