USC Football Opens 48-Hour Ticket Sale for Ohio State Showdown at LA Coliseum
48-hour window opens for October 31 fixture at LA Memorial Coliseum

USC Athletics has initiated a restricted 48-hour ticket sale for its American football fixture against Ohio State, scheduled for 31 October 2026 at the LA Memorial Coliseum. This event marks the first time USC has hosted the Buckeyes at the venue since 2008. With tickets priced between $225 and $900 and a limit of four per fan, the match is regarded as a key contest in the 2026 season.

The game holds particular significance as USC, now a member of the Big Ten conference, seeks its first College Football Playoff appearance, while Ohio State aims to add to its nine national championships. The two programs, both currently in the Big Ten, last met in the 2017 Cotton Bowl Classic, which Ohio State won 27-4. The all-time series record stands in USC’s favour with 13 wins, 10 losses, and one tie.

USC announced on Tuesday that the limited sales window was open, noting that the opportunity to purchase tickets would last for 48 hours or less. The announcement came via the university’s official athletics social media channels, highlighting the anticipation surrounding the matchup between the Trojans and the Buckeyes.

The fixture falls within a dense stretch of the Trojans’ home schedule. Following their Big Ten home opener against Oregon on 26 September, USC will host Washington on 3 October before welcoming Ohio State to the Coliseum. The final regular-season home game will be against Maryland on 21 November.

Prior to the conference schedule, which begins with an away match against Rutgers on 19 September, USC will host three non-conference games. The season opener is set for 29 August against San Jose State, followed by home matches against Fresno State and Louisiana.
