Seahawks scheduled to open NFL season against Patriots in Super Bowl LX rematch
Yahoo Sports lists a 5:20 p.m. Pacific Time kick-off on 9 September, with NBC, Peacock and NFL+ among the viewing options.

The Seattle Seahawks are scheduled to host the New England Patriots at Lumen Field on Wednesday, 9 September, in a Super Bowl LX rematch and the opening game of the 2026 NFL season.
Yahoo Sports lists kick-off for 5:20 p.m. Pacific Time, with NBC broadcasting the game. Peacock and NFL+ are also listed as viewing options, while radio coverage is scheduled through Seattle Sports 710AM, KIRO Newsradio 97.3 FM and the Seahawks mobile app.
The fixture is being played on a Wednesday ahead of an international game between the San Francisco 49ers and Los Angeles Rams on Thursday, 10 September. The Seahawks say there have been only four Wednesday games since 1950.
Seattle enters the opener after a 0–2–1 pre-season and an appearance in HBO’s “Hard Knocks”. The team is identified as the reigning Super Bowl champion, although pre-season assessments place it between first and third in various rankings.
Tickets for the game are reported to start at about US$275 for upper-level seating and exceed US$1,000 for seats near the field. Seattle’s listed subsequent opponents include Arizona, Washington and the Los Angeles Chargers.
