Red Bull has confirmed Isack Hadjar will remain with the team for the 2027 Formula 1 season, continuing alongside Max Verstappen. The announcement extends Hadjar’s stay for another year, though Red Bull has not disclosed the contract’s terms.
Hadjar joined Red Bull at the start of this season after racing for Racing Bulls in 2025. Team principal Laurent Mekies said the team was excited to continue its relationship with the driver and praised his work since joining.
Verstappen is contracted with Red Bull until at least the end of 2030, according to Sky Sports, which reported the announcement.
Sky Sports also reported that Hadjar is fit to return at the Azerbaijan Grand Prix after missing three rounds with a wrist injury. The report’s timing details are difficult to reconcile, so the injury chronology and schedule remain unclear.
