Razaullah Khan’s nine sixes lift Pakistan to 129-run lead at Edgbaston

Pakistan have set England 130 runs to win the final Test at Edgbaston after a late batting recovery led by debutant Razaullah Khan.
Razaullah scored 81 from 63 balls, including nine sixes, after Pakistan had been two runs short of England’s total when their eighth wicket fell. His innings helped turn a first-innings deficit of 320 into a 129-run lead.
The number nine added 121 runs with Mohammad Abbas for the ninth wicket from 123 balls. Abbas made a career-best 42 before Pakistan were dismissed for 449 in the final over of the day.
According to the supplied Yahoo Sports report, Razaullah’s nine sixes equalled Tim Southee’s record for most sixes on Test debut. They also matched Ben Stokes’ record for most sixes in a Test innings in England.
Shan Masood’s 95, Babar Azam’s 76 and Azan Awais’s 59 had kept Pakistan in contention before the ninth-wicket partnership completed the recovery.
England won the first two Tests and need 130 runs on the fourth day to complete a 3-0 series sweep.
