NATO chief’s unannounced Kyiv visit coincides with strikes on Saint Petersburg

NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte arrived in Kyiv on June 3 for an unannounced visit, a diplomatic move made in the immediate aftermath of a series of large-scale, fatal Russian attacks on the Ukrainian capital.
