Matthijs de Ligt reportedly targets October or November Manchester United return
The Manchester United defender has resumed individual grass training at Carrington after more than 10 months out following back surgery.

Manchester United defender Matthijs de Ligt is reportedly moving closer to a return, with October or November identified as the target window for his comeback.
Yahoo Sports reported that de Ligt completed an individual grass-training session at Carrington on Monday, following the Manchester derby. The Dutch international has also reportedly trained with teammates several times.
The report said de Ligt has suffered no further setback during his rehabilitation, although his recovery is being managed cautiously. It remains unclear whether his sessions with teammates involved full team participation or limited rehabilitation work.
De Ligt has been sidelined for more than 10 months after a back injury deteriorated and required surgery. He was initially expected to miss about a week, according to the supplied report.
His absence has coincided with defensive difficulties for United, who have not kept a Premier League clean sheet so far. Michael Carrick has generally used Lisandro Martínez alongside Harry Maguire, with Leny Yoro deployed at right-back.
October or November remains a reported target rather than a confirmed availability date.
