Wilson achieved that streak across the 2023 and 2024 campaigns, but Mitchell’s current run has now moved past that historical benchmark. Mitchell’s impact on the scoreboard was evident early in the contest. She breached the 20-point threshold before halftime, beginning with a layup off an inbounds pass from teammate Caitlin Clark.
