Chambersburg defeated Cedar Cliff 3-0 in a Mid-Penn Commonwealth match on 15 September, winning 25-20, 25-16 and 25-15.

The result lifted the Trojans’ season record to 3-1.

Kasey Moser led Chambersburg with 23 digs and seven kills, while Oliva Shearer recorded 13 kills.

Lizzy Porter, Kylee Perry and Grace Myers reached double figures in digs with 16, 12 and 12 respectively. Perry and Myers each added 14 assists, while Perry contributed six kills.

Maddi Rydbom recorded four blocks. Coach Ty Frelin, writing in an email cited by Chambersburg Public Opinion, said the team served strongly and adjusted its attacking swings effectively against Cedar Cliff’s defence.
