49ers open as biggest favourites in NFL Week 2 betting lines

FanDuel Sportsbook has released opening betting lines for NFL Week 2, with the San Francisco 49ers listed as the biggest favourites against the Miami Dolphins.

San Francisco is priced at -13.5 points, with a moneyline of -950. Miami is listed at +640, while the total is set at 45.5 points.

Other prominent lines include Baltimore at -8.5 against New Orleans, Philadelphia at -7 against Tennessee and Buffalo at -3.5 against Detroit. The Bills are listed at -196 on the moneyline, with the Lions at +164 and a total of 53.5 points.

Yahoo Sports reported that the lines were published while Week 1 was still being completed. The opening prices may change as the remaining games conclude and before Week 2 fixtures are played.

Commanders-Cowboys, Colts-Chiefs and Giants-Rams remain listed as to be determined, leaving 13 of the 16 games with specified opening lines.
