Yahoo Fantasy has rolled out a significant update to its mobile application, introducing three key features previously restricted to the web platform for the 2026 NFL season. The release marks the seventh day of the company’s '29 Days of Fantasy' promotional campaign, signalling a shift in how users access essential league management tools on mobile devices.
The most prominent addition is the Record Book, which allows users to view detailed league history directly from their phones. The feature provides access to top scorers over time, alongside records for all-time best and worst performances. This functionality aims to consolidate league archives and rivalries into a single mobile interface, eliminating the need to access historical data via a desktop browser.
In a move to streamline pre-season preparation, the app now supports the setting and editing of pre-draft rankings on mobile. Users can finalise their player assessments before the draft begins, ensuring that critical data is accessible without switching between devices. This update addresses a common friction point for managers who previously had to rely on web interfaces for detailed roster planning.
For league administrators, the update introduces the ability to set and edit draft order directly within the app. This is the first time managers can configure the draft sequence on mobile, a task that previously required logging into the web version.
