Vikings, Bears meet in NFC North test with Murray’s status unresolved
Minnesota will visit Chicago at Soldier Field after both teams opened the season with high-scoring wins, while the Vikings manage key injury concerns.
The Minnesota Vikings will face the Chicago Bears at Soldier Field on Sunday, 20 September, in an NFC North rivalry game scheduled for 1pm ET. Yahoo Sports listed FOX as the broadcaster and Fubo as the streaming service, subject to regional restrictions and changes to availability.
Both teams enter the fixture after strong offensive performances in Week 1. Minnesota reportedly defeated Green Bay 39–22, while Chicago beat Carolina 59–37.
The Vikings’ passing game was led by Justin Jefferson, who recorded eight receptions for 92 yards and two touchdowns against Green Bay. Minnesota’s defence also produced four sacks.
Quarterback Kyler Murray remains in concussion protocol and was limited at Wednesday’s practice. The source report does not confirm whether he will be available against Chicago.
Running back Jordan Mason has been placed on injured reserve with a thumb injury, adding to the selection issues facing Minnesota. The Vikings are also reported to have won six consecutive games at Soldier Field since 2020.
