College football Week 4 lines set for major SEC and Big Ten clashes

CBS Sports has published the schedule and betting lines for a Week 4 slate featuring major SEC and Big Ten match-ups as conference play expands.

Texas is listed as a 5.5-point favourite at Tennessee in Knoxville. The game will be the teams’ first regular-season meeting and Texas’s first road game of the season. The Longhorns are reported to be unbeaten and have not allowed a touchdown across their past six quarters.

Ole Miss is listed as a 2.5-point underdog at Florida. The Gators are reported to be 3–0 under first-year coach Jon Sumrall, while Ole Miss is coming off a win over LSU.

The other listed fixtures are Oklahoma at Georgia, Oregon at USC, Illinois at Ohio State and Iowa at Michigan. CBS Sports lists Georgia as a 13.5-point favourite, Ohio State as a 26.5-point favourite, Michigan as a 5.5-point favourite and Oregon as a 1.5-point favourite.

Oregon and USC will meet as former Pac-12 rivals in a Big Ten fixture. The published lines reflect oddsmakers’ assessments and may change before kick-off.
