The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) has confirmed that all 26 fighters scheduled for the upcoming Abu Dhabi event successfully made weight for their respective divisions. The early weigh-ins were conducted at the Etihad Arena, setting the stage for the mixed martial arts card scheduled to take place on Saturday, July 25, 2026.

The main event features a Light Heavyweight bout between Magomed Ankalaev and Bogdan Guskov. Both competitors weighed in at 205.5 pounds, meeting the division limit precisely. This clash is set to headline the card, which will be broadcast on Paramount+.

A prominent co-main feature includes a Flyweight contest between Steve Erceg and Ramazan Temirov. Erceg, a former 125-pound title challenger, and Temirov both recorded a weight of 126 pounds. Erceg’s participation marks a significant appearance for Australian representation on the international card.

Other notable bouts on the card include a Welterweight matchup between Santiago Ponzinibbio and Sam Patterson. Ponzinibbio weighed in at 171 pounds, while Patterson came in at 170.5 pounds. Patterson’s presence further underscores the Australian contingent on this weekend’s event.

The remaining card features a diverse array of international competitors across multiple weight classes. Fighters such as Islam Dulatov, Wellington Turman, and Abubakar Vagaev also cleared weight, with several bouts seeing competitors within a pound of each other. The UFC noted that all participants met the regulatory requirements for their specific divisions before the event commences.

The full card is set to go live from the Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, on July 25. Fans can view the event via Paramount+, which holds the broadcast rights for the UFC Abu Dhabi: Ankalaev vs. Guskov event.
