UFC 330: Makhachev and Dern to Defend Titles in Philadelphia
The event, held at the Xfinity Mobile Arena, marks the latest instalment in a broadcasting partnership that places UFC content within broader media and sports portfolios.

UFC 330 is scheduled to take place on Saturday, 15 August 2026, at the Xfinity Mobile Arena in Philadelphia. The card features two world title bouts, headlined by Islam Makhachev defending his welterweight championship against Ian Machado Garry. In the co-main event, Mackenzie Dern will defend the women’s strawweight title against Gillian Robertson.
Makhachev, currently ranked number one in the UFC pound-for-pound rankings, previously secured the welterweight belt by defeating Jack Della Maddalena after establishing dominance in the lightweight division. Former UFC middleweight champion Michael Bisping has predicted a decisive victory for Makhachev, citing grappling superiority over Garry’s striking capabilities.
Dern enters the bout with a three-fight winning streak, having won the vacant strawweight title by defeating Virna Jandiroba at UFC 321. Robertson has earned her first opportunity for championship gold following a five-fight winning streak. Both fighters have indicated that the contest will be contentious.
The event is broadcast live on Paramount+ and CBS. Early prelims commence at 5:30 p.m., followed by prelims at 7:00 p.m. and the main card at 9:00 p.m. Select UFC numbered events will air live on CBS in 2026, with the final hour of prelims and the first hour of the main card available via local stations.
Paramount+ holds exclusive streaming rights for all 13 UFC numbered events and 30 UFC Fight Nights through 2033. The platform also provides access to other sporting properties, including NFL on CBS, UCL games, and March Madness, integrating the UFC schedule into a broader media offering. The UFC has confirmed events through October 2026.
