SportsLine model projects $200,000 return on 2026 PGA Championship parlay
DFS professional Mike McClure’s proprietary algorithm has selected Keegan Bradley and Rickie Fowler as key components of a six-leg parlay with significant payout potential.
SportsLine’s computer model, developed by DFS professional Mike McClure, has identified a golf parlay for the 2026 PGA Championship that could return almost $200,000 on a $10 wager. The model, which has accurately predicted 17 major championship winners since the PGA Tour resumed in June 2020, simulated the tournament 10,000 times to determine the picks. The parlay includes a head-to-head matchup selection of Rickie Fowler over Patrick Cantlay, citing Fowler’s superior recent form and historical performance at Aronimink Golf Club compared to Cantlay. The model also recommends Keegan Bradley as a longshot outright winner, noting his previous victory at the 2011 PGA Championship and his win at the 2018 BMW Championship held at the same venue.
The parlay features six specific PGA Tour props, with the potential payout derived from a combination of outright winner selections and position-based props. Keegan Bradley is highlighted as a longshot outright winner at odds of +10,000. For bettors seeking alternative exposure to Bradley, the model also suggests props for a top-five finish at +1,550 and a top-10 finish at +690. Bradley’s selection is underpinned by his 2011 PGA Championship victory and his win at the 2018 BMW Championship, which was the only PGA Tour event hosted at Aronimink Golf Club in the preceding 15 years.
In the head-to-head matchup segment, the model selects Rickie Fowler to defeat Patrick Cantlay at odds of +100. The algorithm cites Fowler’s superior recent form, noting he ranks eighth in scoring average for the 2026 season compared to Cantlay’s 17th place. Fowler is also eighth in FedEx Cup standings, while Cantlay sits at 34th. Fowler has recorded top-10 finishes in each of his last three starts, including a runner-up finish at the Truist Championship.
Historical performance at Aronimink Golf Club further supports the Fowler selection. Both players have competed at the venue twice previously; Fowler finished eighth and 13th, whereas Cantlay finished 20th or worse in both instances. The model projects Fowler to finish in the top 15 of the 2026 PGA Championship, while Cantlay is projected on the back-end of the top 20.
Other potential targets for the major include Scottie Scheffler, who is the favourite at +390, as well as Collin Morikawa and Xander Schauffele. The SportsLine model has nailed 17 majors entering the weekend, including the 2026 Masters, which marks its fifth consecutive correct prediction for that event, as well as last year’s PGA Championship and Open Championship.
