The edge AI chipmaker’s Series C was co-led by Fidelity Management & Research Company and Amplify, taking its total capital raised above US$500 million.

SiMa.ai has raised US$150 million in a Series C funding round at a valuation of US$1.45 billion, according to TechCrunch. The report does not specify whether the valuation is pre-money or post-money.

Fidelity Management & Research Company and Amplify co-led the round. Alter Venture Partners, Dell Technologies Capital and StepStone Group also participated. The report did not disclose individual contributions or other terms.

Founded in 2018, SiMa.ai develops chips and software that let devices including robots, drones and cameras run AI on-device. The new funding brings the company’s total capital raised to more than US$500 million.

TechCrunch reported, citing PitchBook, that SiMa.ai was valued at US$960 million after an US$85 million Series B in July 2025.
