Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said Russian overnight strikes hit Kyiv and 10 other regions, damaging energy facilities, substations, businesses and homes.
Zelensky also said two foreign-flagged vessels were hit in the Black Sea near Odesa.
Russia’s defence ministry said its forces struck two military cargo vessels in the Black Sea and two data centres in Kyiv. Its account differs from Zelensky’s description of the vessels and Kyiv targets.
