Cristiano Ronaldo has left Portugal’s training camp in Denmark after missing training, France 24 International reported. The report described several days of tension between the forward and head coach Jorge Jesus but did not detail its cause.

Portuguese Football Federation president Pedro Proença travelled to Copenhagen to try to ease the situation. His effort was unsuccessful, according to France 24.
