RFK Racing and Brad Keselowski to part ways after season
Contract talks have broken down, leaving Keselowski’s driving future at RFK and his ownership stake unresolved.
RFK Racing will part ways with Brad Keselowski as a driver after this season, following failed contract negotiations with the team’s board. Keselowski is also a co-owner, but what happens to his stake remains unsettled.
The team said it and Keselowski would work together on next steps concerning his ownership interest. Keselowski intends to continue racing, saying he has more to accomplish in the sport, but has not announced his next opportunity.
RFK said it will remain a three-car organisation. It has not announced who will drive the No. 6 car or how it will field three cars next season, when it has two charters.
Keselowski joined the team in 2022 as a driver and co-owner. The 2012 Cup champion has 36 career wins, including one for RFK, at Darlington in 2024.
