Oregon five-star wide receiver commit Dakota Guerrant is scheduled to visit Michigan during the Wolverines’ home game against Oklahoma on Saturday, according to On3 reporter Ethan McDowell, as cited by Yahoo Sports’ Ducks Wire.

The visit places Michigan back in the recruiting picture for Guerrant, who committed to Oregon on 16 June 2026. Michigan had reportedly been a leading competitor for the receiver before his decision.

Guerrant, a Harper Woods, Michigan, native, is ranked the No. 5 wide receiver and No. 27 overall player in the 2027 class by the 247Sports Composite, according to the source.

He reportedly recorded 55 receptions for 1,074 yards and 26 touchdowns for Harper Woods High School in 2025, along with three special-teams scores.

The scheduled visit does not establish that Guerrant intends to change his commitment, and the available material does not independently confirm that it has taken place. Oregon reportedly has one other committed true wide receiver in its 2027 class.
