Chicago, Louisville, Boston and Bay FC have been eliminated, the newsletter says. Eight points separate second-placed San Diego Wave from eighth-placed Seattle Reign, leaving the remaining positions in contention.
North Carolina Courage sit ninth, one place below the playoff line, with 39 points according to the newsletter. Ashley Sanchez has scored 20 goals, matching Temwa Chawinga’s single-season record set in 2024.
Angel City are unbeaten in six matches. Their run keeps them in the playoff picture, though a berth is not secured.
