MacBook Neo stands alone as Apple’s pink laptop, Engadget says

Apple’s MacBook Neo is currently the company’s only laptop available in pink, a shade Apple calls Blush, according to Engadget. The publication’s commentary argues that buyers seeking a more colourful Mac have few options.

Engadget describes higher-end MacBooks as largely confined to muted or traditional finishes. It notes that the MacBook Air has a faint blue option, while the Pro models are offered in Silver and Space Black.

The article says Apple has offered brighter colours elsewhere, including pink iPhones and iPads and a range of colours on the M4 iMac. It also points to pink options from Google’s Pixel line-up and Motorola’s Razr.

Engadget says Apple previously offered Rose Gold on some MacBook Airs, which it says were discontinued in 2019. It argues that Apple should extend its use of colour to more laptops, including higher-end models.
