Luzardo strengthens Phillies’ pitching case with shutout win

Jesus Luzardo delivered the clearest statement yet of Philadelphia’s improving pitching outlook, throwing a two-hit, 12-strikeout shutout as the Phillies defeated the Atlanta Braves 1-0 on Monday.
