Iowa women’s basketball is expected to host several recruits in Iowa City this weekend for official and unofficial visits, according to the Des Moines Register.
The expected official visitors include Jada Seubert, a five-star 2027 recruit and Iowa commit, and Khalia Hartwell, a five-star centre from South Carolina. Hartwell has reportedly narrowed her choices to Iowa, Georgia and Virginia Tech.
Seubert is described as Wisconsin’s top-ranked player and is ranked No. 45 nationally by the 247Sports composite. Hartwell is ranked No. 21 nationally by 247Sports. Those rankings and recruiting details were attributed to recruiting sources and were not independently verified.
The expected unofficial visitors include prospects from the 2028, 2029 and 2030 classes. They are Quinn Sowder, Jaycie Helmer, Maddie Hamiel, Janille Arrey, Kelli Kalb, Braylyn Birmingham, Sadie McCann and Grace McCann.
Iowa hosted several recruits the previous weekend, including Sienna Williams, Logan Miller, Kinsley Ketterhagen and Bridget Fitzgerald. The weekend’s visits remain expected rather than definitively confirmed, with official and unofficial visits representing separate recruiting activities.
