Inter Miami and Cruz Azul set for 2026 Campeones Cup on Apple TV
The reigning MLS and LIGA MX champions will meet at Nu Stadium in Miami, with Yahoo Sports offering an alternate broadcast.
Inter Miami CF will face Cruz Azul in the 2026 Michelob ULTRA Campeones Cup at 8 p.m. ET on 16 September at Nu Stadium in Miami, Florida.
The fixture brings together the reigning MLS Cup champions and the LIGA MX champions in an annual inter-league contest between the top teams from the two competitions.
Yahoo Sports reports that the match is scheduled to stream exclusively on Apple TV. Its alternate broadcast, hosted by Alexis Guerreros and Christian Polanco of The Cooligans, will include pre-match coverage, the full match and additional camera angles.
The alternate feed is set to feature perspectives supplied by Apple TV and MLS Productions, including a referee camera and a dedicated iPhone feed.
Apple TV subscriptions are described as including all 510 MLS matches in the 2026 season, without a separate MLS Season Pass subscription. Subscription and availability details are subject to change.
Lionel Messi may feature for Inter Miami, although his participation in the match has not been confirmed.
