Indiana’s undefeated start faces its first power-conference test
Fox Sports says No. 5 Indiana will host 2–0 Northwestern on Friday, with the Hoosiers favoured to win by a wide margin.
Indiana’s 3–0 record will be tested by Northwestern in a Week 3 game on Friday, broadcast on FOX. Fox Sports reports the Hoosiers have outscored their opponents 145–16, but have yet to face a power-conference team.
Indiana’s wins came against North Texas, Howard and Western Kentucky. Quarterback Josh Hoover has completed 37 of 51 passes for 649 yards, 10 touchdowns and no interceptions, according to Fox Sports.
Northwestern enters at 2–0 after beating Colorado 41–7. The Wildcats forced four turnovers, while Aidan Chiles threw for 241 yards and recorded five total touchdowns, the most of his college career, Fox Sports reported.
