Flow Engineering has raised US$50 million in a Series B round at a stated US$750 million valuation, according to TechCrunch. The three-year-old startup develops AI tools for hardware design.

Valar Equity Partners and Atreides Management co-led the round. Sequoia Capital, which led Flow’s Series A last October, also participated, alongside individual investor Roelof Botha.

Botha, a former Sequoia partner, has joined Flow’s board, TechCrunch reported.

Flow says its AI agents align computer-aided design drawings with product requirements, simulation results and testing. The company named Anduril, Rivian, Joby Aviation, General Motors PPU, RV Tech and Stoke Space among its customers.

The customer list and product description come from Flow; the source material does not establish how broadly each named company uses its product.
