Fujifilm’s Instax Pal 2 is available to pre-order for $170, according to Engadget. The compact digital camera can transfer images to smartphones via USB-C or Bluetooth, though the report does not specify which phones are compatible.

The Pal 2 builds on the original Instax Pal, which separated the camera sensor from its printer. The new model is larger and designed for horizontal use, with tactile controls and downloadable colour filters.

Its sensor can capture 10-megapixel or 1-megapixel photos. The camera also has an optical viewfinder on the back and a digital viewfinder on top, alongside a dial for selecting filters and a lever for choosing frames.

Images can be printed through an Instax Link printer. Fujifilm is offering the camera in all-white or two-tone silver and black; no shipping date was given in the report.
