Cruz stops Bravo in sixth-round knockout in San Diego
Isaac “Pitbull” Cruz overcame a disruptive bout with Nestor Bravo to win the Premier Boxing Champions main event at Pechanga Arena.

Isaac “Pitbull” Cruz defeated Nestor Bravo by sixth-round left-hook knockout at Pechanga Arena in San Diego, ending a contest shaped by fouls and repeated referee intervention.
Bravo was knocked down early and later lost two points for fouls, including holding and throwing. Referee Thomas Taylor repeatedly stopped the action and warned Bravo as the bout developed into a rough exchange.
Cruz, representing Mexico City, secured the stoppage in the sixth round with a left hook. Bravo, from Arecibo, Puerto Rico, had begun boxing more cleanly by that stage but was already facing the consequences of the knockdown and deductions.
The bout was the Premier Boxing Champions “DAZN Fight Night” main event. Yahoo Sports described the contest as an ugly, brawling fight before Cruz provided a decisive finish.
After the victory, Cruz called out Ryan Garcia. Yahoo Sports reported that Garcia responded, but supplied no details and no fight was confirmed.
