The Serie A club has increased its valuation to meet Fiorentina’s threshold, but the deal remains conditional on the arrival of a replacement striker.
Serie A side Como have submitted a revised transfer offer for Fiorentina striker Moise Kean, valuing the move at €40 million. According to reports from Gianluca Di Marzio, the proposal comprises a base fee of €35 million and €5 million in performance-related bonuses. This figure aligns with the Florentine club’s previous stance, which indicated they required more than €40 million to release the player.
The new bid follows the rejection of an initial offer from the lakeside club. Como, managed by Cesc Fabregas, are now awaiting a formal response from their counterparts in Florence. The club expects to receive a decision within the next 48 hours, a timeframe that allows Fiorentina to progress negotiations for a replacement forward.
Fiorentina have not yet granted full approval for the transfer, citing the need to secure a successor before allowing Kean to depart. Sporting director Fabio Paratici is reportedly focused on Everton’s Beto as a potential option to fill the vacancy. While Beto is described as an appealing candidate, the status of that separate transfer remains unconfirmed.
