Chiefs’ unbeaten start faces Miami test in Week 3
CBS Sports’ preview puts Kansas City clear favourites against the 0-2 Dolphins, with its model projecting a wide margin.
The Kansas City Chiefs are scheduled to visit the Miami Dolphins on Sunday at 1 p.m. ET, with the teams entering Week 3 on contrasting records: Kansas City is 2-0 and Miami 0-2, according to CBS Sports.
CBS Sports reports the Chiefs have averaged 32 points across their first two games, while Miami has averaged 13 and conceded 31 per game. Kansas City opened with a win over Denver and then needed overtime to beat Indianapolis. Miami lost to Las Vegas and San Francisco.
The SportsLine Projection Model cited by CBS Sports gives Miami a 17 per cent chance of winning. It favours Kansas City by more than 10.5 points in over 60 per cent of its simulations.
