CCM appoints Tara Pellicori as senior vice-president and general counsel
Pellicori joins from Subaru of America, bringing transportation and logistics expertise to support the company’s scaling operations.

Consolidated Chassis Management (CCM), a chassis provider headquartered in Rockaway, New Jersey, has appointed Tara Pellicori as its new senior vice-president and general counsel. The appointment marks the creation of a new position within the company’s management structure, designed to centralise oversight of legal, regulatory, and compliance matters.
Pellicori joins CCM from Subaru of America, Inc., where she served as director and associate general counsel. Her new role will involve partnering closely with CCM’s leadership team to manage the company’s legal framework, a move intended to support growth and operational stability across the intermodal ecosystem.
CCM chief executive Paul Nazzaro described the appointment as occurring at a "defining moment" for the company and the broader industry. He highlighted Pellicori’s experience in transportation and logistics, noting that her practical, business-focused approach positions her to guide CCM as it scales.
Nazzaro stated that Pellicori’s leadership would be instrumental in ensuring the company grows responsibly while delivering value to its partners and customers. The executive emphasised that her background in handling complex corporate matters makes her uniquely suited to the demands of the role.
In addition to her corporate legal experience, Pellicori serves as an adjunct professor at Rutgers Law School. CCM has not disclosed a specific start date for the appointment or further details regarding the exact scope of the new position beyond its primary legal and compliance responsibilities.
The announcement was issued via a corporate release distributed through Yahoo Finance and originally published by FreightWaves. Statements regarding the strategic importance of the hire and Pellicori’s suitability reflect CCM’s internal messaging rather than independent verification.
