CBS Sports updates 2026 fantasy football trade chart for Week 1
Dave Richard’s revised chart adds four-point passing-touchdown and half-PPR formats while offering long-term values for post-draft trades.
CBS Sports has published Dave Richard’s 2026 Week 1 Fantasy Football Trade Chart, a guide for managers assessing post-draft trades and rest-of-season player values.
The chart, which CBS Sports says was created 15 seasons ago to help managers make fair trades, now covers leagues awarding four points per passing touchdown and half-PPR leagues. Its values are intended as long-term assessments rather than simple reflections of past performance.
According to CBS Sports, the assigned values reflect expected future performance, future schedules and public sentiment. They are editorial estimates, however, and should not be treated as guarantees of how players will perform.
Managers can compare the combined values of players in a proposed trade to assess what might represent a fair return. CBS Sports advises deducting 10 per cent from a trade’s value when one side has at least three more players than the other.
The chart also functions as CBS Sports’ rest-of-season rankings for the 2026 campaign. Players absent from the list should be treated as worth no more than four points, while some players may hold value only in two-quarterback or full-PPR leagues.
Updated projected rest-of-season schedule rankings are expected on SportsLine later this week. The available publication does not provide the individual player rankings or assigned values.
