Florida’s 52–28 win over Ole Miss was followed by a shift in betting interest ahead of its Week 5 road game against Missouri. Caesars Sports opened the Gators as 4.5-point favourites, with the line moving to -6 by Wednesday night.

Caesars head of football trading Joey Feazel said the bookmaker was seeing “a lot of Florida money” after the Ole Miss result. He said the win had shifted bettors’ view of the team.

Florida entered Week 5 at 4–0, while Missouri was 3–1. FOX Sports reported that Florida rose from No. 21 to No. 8 in the AP poll after beating Ole Miss.

The figures reflect Caesars’ line and reported betting activity at the stated times. They do not establish wider market sentiment or indicate the game’s result.
