Anthropic nears Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs roles for potential $2tn IPO
The AI company could file paperwork as soon as next week, according to the Financial Times, but the appointments and listing remain unconfirmed.

Anthropic is reportedly close to appointing Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs to senior roles on a potential initial public offering that could value the company at up to $2 trillion.
The Financial Times reported on Friday that the AI company could unveil or file paperwork underpinning the proposed Wall Street listing as soon as next week.
The reported appointments have not been finalised, and Anthropic has not confirmed that it will proceed with an IPO. The timing of any filing also remains uncertain.
The $2 trillion figure is a prospective valuation associated with the potential transaction, rather than an established market value.
If completed, the listing would place Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs in senior positions on one of the largest proposed public offerings in the market. No launch or filing has yet been confirmed.
