WWE moves Sunday Night’s Main Event to Atlanta for first Sunday edition

WWE’s Sunday Night’s Main Event is scheduled for 6 September at State Farm Arena in Atlanta, beginning at 8 p.m. ET. The event is to stream live on Peacock.
The series is moving from Saturday to Sunday for the first time in its four-decade history. According to CBS Sports, the advertised card is headlined by Cody Rhodes facing Randy Orton in a rematch following their WrestleMania rivalry.
Bron Breakker is scheduled to meet Oba Femi, with the match linked to Breakker’s concerns about Femi’s relationship with his mentor, Paul Heyman.
Rapper Lil Yachty is due to make his in-ring debut against Baron Corbin under a five-minute stipulation. If Yachty lasts the full five minutes, Trick Williams is scheduled to receive a United States title match against Corbin that same night. Corbin defeated Williams for the title at SummerSlam.
