Startups can secure Expo Hall space at Moscone West ahead of October event

TechCrunch has opened registration for exhibition tables at TechCrunch Disrupt 2026, inviting startups to showcase their ventures on the Expo Hall floor at Moscone West in San Francisco. The event is scheduled to take place from October 13 to 15, 2026.

The exhibition programme is positioned as a direct channel for companies to engage with investors, customers, and partners. According to the announcement, exhibiting on the floor offers a method for startups at any development stage to access an audience comprising investors sourcing deals, operators evaluating tools, and founders scouting for collaborations.

Availability for exhibition space is restricted. TechCrunch stated that tables are limited and the booking offer will expire on September 25 at 11:59 p.m. PT, or immediately once all available tables are sold out, whichever condition is met first.

For organisations that do not require exhibition space this year, the publisher is offering a limited-time discount of $400 on conference tickets. This pricing incentive is available while inventory remains, allowing attendees to secure passes for the October event.

The announcement, published on August 6, 2026, marks the start of the booking window for the major technology conference. The Expo Hall floor serves as the primary venue for these interactions, providing visibility without the need for a keynote speaking slot.
