Today is the last day to apply to speak at TechCrunch Disrupt 2026
Final deadline for breakout sessions and roundtables set for 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time

TechCrunch Disrupt 2026 has announced the final deadline for speaker applications, closing at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time today. The annual technology conference is scheduled to take place from 13 to 15 October at Moscone West in San Francisco. The event is projected to attract more than 10,000 startup and venture capital leaders to discuss developments in artificial intelligence, fintech, infrastructure, and robotics.

The call for speakers targets founders, investors, operators, and technology experts seeking to present at one of the industry’s prominent gatherings. TechCrunch stated that the event aims to shape conversations defining the tech sector, inviting applicants to share insights on what comes next in innovation and scaling.

Applicants may submit proposals for two distinct session formats. Breakout Sessions consist of a 30-minute talk featuring up to four speakers, including a moderator, followed by a 20-minute audience question-and-answer period, with a capacity of 100 attendees. Roundtables are designed as 30-minute speaker-led discussions for up to 40 participants, with no slides or audio-visual equipment permitted.

Each application undergoes a review process by the TechCrunch editorial team. Following this initial assessment, finalists are determined through an Audience Choice vote conducted by TechCrunch readers. This voting mechanism allows the publication’s audience to decide which sessions ultimately secure a place on the Disrupt stage.

The conference continues its tradition of bringing together key figures in the technology ecosystem. Previous iterations have featured founders, investors, and technology experts, reinforcing its status as a significant annual event for industry stakeholders.
