SportsLine has released computer-model predictions for every Week 2 FBS game in the 2026 college football season, based on 10,000 simulations. Its highlighted selections back Kentucky (+10) to cover against No. 13 Alabama and Iowa State (+14) against No. 22 Iowa.
The model projects Kentucky to cover in more than 60 per cent of simulations. The Wildcats are coming off a win over Youngstown State in which quarterback Kenny Minchey reportedly threw for 301 yards and four touchdowns.
SportsLine projects Iowa State to cover in more than 50 per cent of simulations and also favours the Over. The Cyclones beat SEMO by 28 points in Week 1, while Iowa used three quarterbacks in its win over Northern Illinois and had not announced a starter for the match-up.
The Week 2 schedule also includes Ohio State at Texas, with Texas listed as a 1.5-point favourite, and Oklahoma at Michigan, with Oklahoma listed as a six-point road favourite. Other listed games include Oregon at Oklahoma State and Tennessee at Georgia Tech.
