SportsLine has released its expert predictions for Week 2 of the 2026 NFL season, highlighting a notable shift in market pricing compared to the opening round. The service notes that betting spreads are significantly larger this week, with six games featuring lines of seven points or more. This contrasts sharply with the season opener, where only two games had spreads greater than a touchdown.

The San Francisco 49ers are listed as the largest favourites, sitting at -13.5 against the Miami Dolphins. The 49ers will host the game, with Miami staying on the West Coast following their loss in Las Vegas. The Philadelphia Eagles are the only touchdown favourites playing on the road, visiting Tennessee at -7.

Expert Hartstein is backing the New York Jets (+3.5) against the Green Bay Packers. Hartstein, who is on a 28-15 run on NFL spread picks, cited the Jets’ improved performance in Week 1 and the Packers’ winless record since losing Micah Parsons. He noted that the Jets held Tennessee to 4.0 yards per play and expressed confidence in the team as long as key players Breece Hall and Garrett Wilson remain healthy.

Another key recommendation comes from expert Hochman, who is backing the New Orleans Saints (+8.5) to cover against the Baltimore Ravens. Hochman pointed to cluster injuries at wide receiver for Baltimore, with Zay Flowers and Ja’Kobi Lane highly questionable. He also noted that the Saints have greater defensive speed and that the Ravens may be in a "sleepy" spot ahead of their upcoming game at Dallas.

In the player props market, expert Kralstein is recommending a bet on Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua to go over 6.5 receptions against the New York Giants. Kralstein described the line as a "buy-low" opportunity following the Rams' poor performance in their previous game in Australia. He cited Nacua’s consistent home record, noting he has at least seven catches in 14 straight home regular season games dating back to December 2023.

SportsLine claims to have more than 40 hand-picked Vegas experts, with five currently on NFL runs that have returned $800 or more for $100 players. The service’s computer model, which has simulated the Week 2 games 10,000 times, has also identified parlay opportunities, contributing to the broader analysis of the week’s slate.
