Samsung has released six new monitors for 2026, with pre-orders now open across the expanded portfolio. The launch is anchored by the 32-inch Odyssey G8 (G80HS), which the company markets as the world’s first 6K gaming monitor. This model utilises a dual-mode IPS panel, allowing users to switch between 165Hz refresh rates at 6K resolution and 330Hz at 3K. The broader lineup includes the 43-inch MovingStyle Essential, the 40-inch ViewFinity S8, and updated Odyssey OLED models, targeting both high-performance gaming and professional creative workflows.

The headline 32-inch Odyssey G8 (G80HS) is priced at $1,600. It features a dual-mode IPS panel that switches between 165Hz at 6K resolution and 330Hz at 3K resolution. For those seeking a more accessible entry point into high-resolution gaming, the 27-inch Odyssey G8 (G80HF) offers a 5K IPS panel with dual-mode functionality (180Hz at 5K or 360Hz at QHD) and is priced at $1,000.

In the productivity and lifestyle segment, the 43-inch MovingStyle Essential upsizes the previous 32-inch model, featuring a 4K screen, a height-adjustable wheeled stand, and smart TV apps. It costs $900. The 40-inch ViewFinity S8 ($1,400) includes a 5K 144Hz curved panel, Thunderbolt 5 connectivity with 140W passthrough, and a built-in KVM switch.

The Odyssey OLED G8 (G80SH) utilises an updated QD-OLED Penta Tandem panel, offering 240Hz refresh rate and HDR10+ support. It is available in 27-inch ($1,100) and 32-inch ($1,300) sizes. The 32-inch Odyssey OLED G7 ($1,100) combines an OLED panel with dual-mode features (4K at 165Hz or 1080p at 330Hz) and Pantone Validated colour accuracy.

All six new displays are now available for pre-order. The release marks a significant expansion of Samsung’s 2026 display portfolio, with pricing ranging from $900 for the MovingStyle Essential to $1,600 for the flagship 6K gaming monitor.
