Raheem Sterling pleads guilty to dangerous driving before M3 crash
The England footballer also admitted possessing six nitrous oxide cannisters and failing to provide a specimen.
Raheem Sterling has pleaded guilty to dangerous driving after admitting he drove a Lamborghini Urus dangerously across several roads before a single-vehicle crash on 28 May.
Sterling entered the plea at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday. The dangerous-driving charge covered the M25, M3, A327 and Minley Road.
He also admitted possessing six nitrous oxide cannisters for wrongful inhalation, a class C drug offence, and failing to provide a specimen.
Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary said the collision occurred on the M3 southbound near Minley interchange. Police said no other vehicles were involved and no injuries were reported.
