LaNorris Sellers and Leavitt each received a 2, while Oklahoma State quarterback Mestemaker was rated 3. Darian Mensah was rated 8. The scores reflect the publication’s view of each player’s prospects and circumstances at the time of its assessment.
CBS Sports said Mike Renner left Moore, Sayin, Carr and Sellers out of a recent mock draft because he believed they might return to school. Its article points to financial incentives for remaining in college and additional eligibility as factors that could shape decisions.
