Major brands including Roborock, Ecovacs, and Eufy offer significant price cuts on high-end cleaning devices with advanced docking systems

Amazon Prime Day has officially commenced, presenting consumers with discounts on robot vacuums and mops from major brands including Roborock, Dreame, Eufy, Ecovacs, and Shark. According to a report by The Verge, the promotions cover a broad spectrum of devices, ranging from basic vacuuming units to premium models equipped with self-cleaning docks and advanced mopping capabilities. While the event is traditionally exclusive to Amazon, other retailers are now offering competitive deals on similar products.

High-end offerings are particularly prominent this year. Roborock’s Saros 10 combines 22,000Pa suction with dual spinning mop pads designed to tackle dried-on messes, while also featuring an auto-lift mechanism for carpets. The newer Saros 20 model builds on this with increased suction power and improved ability to climb over room thresholds.

For those with limited space, the Eufy Omni C28 is highlighted for its compact self-cleaning dock, making it suitable for apartments. The device navigates tight areas effectively and utilises an extendable roller mop that can clean itself, delivering strong performance on hard floors.

Ecovacs’ Deebot X9 Pro Omni represents a significant step up in features, offering stain pretreatment and a smart mop cover to keep carpets dry. The unit delivers 22,000Pa suction and is supported by an all-in-one dock that automatically empties the dustbin, refills water tanks, and washes the mop using heated, pressurised water.

The Ecovacs device also utilises Boosted Large-Airflow Suction Technology, which optimises the airflow path from intake to exhaust rather than relying solely on raw suction power. This approach aims to enhance cleaning efficiency across various floor types.

The Verge, owned by Vox Media, notes that it may earn commissions from purchases made through their links. Historical context from WIRED indicates that Prime Day 2026 also featured deals in other categories, such as beauty and wellness, though the current focus remains on home cleaning appliances.
