Minnesota Lynx guard Olivia Miles has been named the 2026 WNBA Rookie of the Year unanimously, receiving all 74 votes from a national media panel, CBS Sports reported.
Miles averaged 19.8 points and six assists per game, leading all rookies in both categories. She also set rookie records for points in a season and three-pointers in a game.
The season scoring record total is disputed: CBS Sports reports 790 points, while a same-event Yahoo Sports report gives 770. The conflicting figures leave the exact total unclear.
A No. 2 draft pick, Miles is the sixth Lynx player to win the award and the first unanimous winner since Aliyah Boston in 2023.
Minnesota finished 33–11 with the league’s best record, but lost Game 1 of its first-round playoff series to the New York Liberty. The series outcome was not reported.
