WIRED has reported that Noom is offering promotional codes and free trials for its weight loss and GLP-1 medication support services in July 2026. The company, which was founded in 2008 as a human-to-human weight loss coaching service, has expanded its model to include support for users taking GLP-1 medications such as WeGovy, Ozempic, and Zepbound, as well as those undergoing hormone replacement therapy.
The platform combines its original psychology-based methods with fitness and food tracking, now integrating AI coaching and medical supervision into its plans. New features include a dedicated GLP-1 AI companion designed to provide personalised protein and hydration guidance, alongside workouts intended to help preserve muscle mass.
Pricing structures vary depending on the specific plan chosen. The Noom Microdose GLP-1 program, which offers a lower starting dose to minimise side effects, starts at $79 for an initial three-week subscription, or $199 per month for a 12-week subscription. Standard GLP-1 medication access starts at $99 regardless of insurance, with specific medications like Zepbound and Ozempic available starting at $69.
For standard weight loss, the 12-month plan costs $17.42 per month following a free week-long trial. Plans are automatically renewed and billed up-front, with promo codes available to offset costs. The availability of specific discounts and free trials may vary depending on whether a user selects the Noom Weight or Noom Med plan.
